How to Play Ultimate Texas Hold’em Online
If you have a basic understanding of Texas Hold’em, this game will be simple to grasp. The most significant difference is that you’ll compete against the dealer, not other players. Much like blackjack, it’s a house banked game. Only the dealer’s hand can beat your own, and vice versa.
The betting scheme is also important. Players make two equal bets to start, and Ante and Blind, and an optional Trips bet of any size (within table limits).
Ante: The Ante will only pay if the dealer’s hand qualifies with at least a Pair, and the player hand beats the dealer hand. If dealer doesn’t qualify, it’s a Push, no matter which hand wins.
Blind: The Blind will only pay if the player’s hand is a Straight or better, and the player hand beats the dealer. Otherwise, it’s a Push. Dealer qualification is not necessary. Blind bets pay according to Blind Pay Table (see below).
